Put your Calendly or GoHighLevel calendar on your page

Keep taking bookings where you already take them, with the calendar sitting on your own site instead of behind a link.

You already take bookings somewhere. You do not want to move, and you do not want to send people off your site to a page with somebody else's name at the top.

There are two different things here, and it matters which you want

Our booking section takes the booking itself. You add a service with a length, set your hours, and a customer picks a time that lands on your Google or Outlook calendar. That is take a booking.

An embedded calendar is your Calendly or GoHighLevel booking page, sitting inside yours. They take the booking, they send the confirmation, and it stays on their calendar. Nothing of ours is involved except the frame it sits in.

Pick the second one if you already run bookings somewhere and want to keep them there.

On Calendly, this is usually the right choice. You can connect Calendly to us, and it will accept a booking, but it will not tell us which times you are already busy. So our section could offer a slot you have filled. Embedding your Calendly avoids that entirely, because Calendly is the one answering.

1. Copy the link from wherever you take bookings

Calendly: the address of the event type, the one you already share. It looks like calendly.com/yourname/30min.

GoHighLevel: open the calendar, find the embed code, and take the address out of it. It looks like one of these, and both work:

• api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/booking/...
• link.msgsndr.com/widget/booking/...

You can paste the whole <iframe> snippet somewhere and copy just the address out of it. We only want the address.

2. Paste it where you want the calendar

On your page: open Website, Edit, find the section with A video or a calendar, and paste it into that field. The calendar appears as its own section.

On a lander: open Website, Link page, pick the lander, and paste it into the picture field. The calendar takes the place of the picture on that screen.

The page tells you what it recognized as soon as you paste. If it says nothing, the address is not one we can put on a page: see below.

Which addresses work

Calendars: Calendly and GoHighLevel. Videos: YouTube, Vimeo and Loom.

We do not host any of it. The calendar stays where you built it, and anything you change there changes on your site.

If yours is refused

• An agency's own domain is not accepted. If your GoHighLevel is white labeled to booking.youragency.com, use the leadconnectorhq.com or msgsndr.com address instead: it is the same calendar, and an allowlist that took any address somebody said was GoHighLevel would not be an allowlist.
• Take the address out of the embed code. An <iframe ...> snippet is not an address. The part inside src="..." is.
• Check it is the booking page and not your dashboard. The address a customer would use, not the one you sign in at.
