Your plan, and the card we charge

The $39 a month, where to change the card, and what happens if you stop.

This is the one bill that comes from us. Everything your customers pay goes somewhere else entirely.

Two different cards, and it is worth being sure which

Settings, Plan is us charging you $39 a month. Money, Payments is your customers paying you, into your own Square or Stripe.

Nothing of ours sits on top of a sale. Square or Stripe take their card fee, the same as they would at your counter.

Changing the card

Enter the new one on Settings, Plan. Square holds it; we never see the number, which is also why we cannot read it back to you.

Stopping

Press Cancel my plan on Settings, Plan. There is no term and no exit fee.

Nothing is deleted. Your words, products, orders and domain stay as they are, and paying again brings the store back as it was. What stops is the store being served to visitors.

Only an owner can start it

Admins and developers can do almost everything else on the store. Starting or canceling the subscription is the owner's, because it is their card.
