# See what people have bought
Every sale, what the buyer got, and what to do when they say it never arrived.

**Before you start:** A connected payment account

**About 3 minutes.**

Your phone buzzed at eleven at night. This is where you find out what it was.

## Sell, Orders is the list

Every completed sale, newest first, with what was bought and the email it went to.

A download shows whether it has been **Delivered**, and a website sold shows whether the buyer has **Claimed** it yet.

> **On screen:** Sell, Orders, with a download delivered and a website not yet claimed

## The money is not here

It went to your Square or Stripe, which is also where it sits until they pay it out. We never hold it, so we cannot move it or tell you a date. Their dashboard is the one that knows; **Money, Transactions** lists every charge and refund as we saw it, and **Money, Payouts** reads a Stripe balance back.

## The receipt carries your name

The buyer gets an email in your business name with your phone number on it, not ours. It is sent from a neutral address so it does not read as an email from a company they have never dealt with.

## If a buyer says nothing arrived

1. **Check the order is here.** No order means no payment completed, and the card was probably declined. They would have seen that on the payment page.
2. **Check the email on the order.** A typo in an address is the commonest cause by a distance.
3. **For a download**, the link expires on purpose. If theirs has run out, the order row can send it again.
4. **For a booking**, check your calendar. If the event is there, they were booked, and the confirmation is the part that went astray.

Every buyer also has a record under **Customers**, with everything they bought or asked. If none of that explains it, ask us from **Help, Support** with the order and roughly when.
