# Read and answer your messages
Everybody who wrote to you from your site, in one list, with the ones waiting on you at the top.

Somebody filled in the form on your site last Tuesday. This is where that went.

## Everything arrives in Customers, Messages

A contact form on your page, an enquiry button on a lander, and a question asked of the website chat all land in the same list, and each person who wrote has a record under **Customers** with everything they ever asked or bought.

**Waiting on you** is the part to read first. Whose turn it is comes from the last message rather than from a status somebody has to remember to set, so the list is right without anybody keeping it tidy.

## Answering

Open the thread and write back. Your reply goes to them by email, from your name.

## If nothing is arriving

1. Check the form is on your page. **Website, Forms** says what a visitor can send you, and on **Website, Edit** a page set to get leads shows the contact section; one set to sell or to book may not.
2. Check the address on **Settings, Account**. That is where we tell you somebody wrote.
3. Send yourself one from your own site. It should appear here within a few seconds.

## What we do not do yet

We do not receive email into this. A reply to one of your own emails lands in your inbox, not here. Customers, Messages is for what people send from your site. **Customers, Follow-up** is the ones waiting on you, oldest first.
